At the end of 2022, we enriched our offer with a new type of thermoforming machines. TWINLINE series machines are designed to work in „Twin-Sheet” technology. They contain a number of unique solutions that allow for simultaneous heating and forming of two sheets of plastic material and their final combining them into one product. The combination of precise heating of the material and the appropriate pressure allows you to join vacuum formed pieces in one process, without using any adhesives nor solvents. This enables the effective production of spatial, hollow elements with shapes impossible to obtain on a typical thermoforming machine, such as pallets, tanks, canisters, floats, etc.

The same types of thermoplastic materials can be used for production as in the usual process. The sheets to be connected may have different colours and their thicknesses must be similar. Production runs in automatic mode. High clamping forces used in this process and the specificity of the cooling process require the use of thermostated aluminium moulds.

TWINLINE machines are supplied with the following specific solutions:

– the possibility of mounting two forms (upper and lower)

– the possibility of simultaneous heating of two sheets at different levels

– halogen or quartz heating elements

– adjustment and precise control of the heating process

– current control of the distance between the plates

– special, double clamping frame with electric servo drives

– independent, double vacuum and de-moulding systems for two plates

– a blower with a hot air supply system between the plates

– automatic sheet feeder

– automatic collection of products

TWINLINE machines can also be used as conventional thermoforming machines, working with one mould and one sheet of plastic material.
