The advertising industry widely uses vacuum thermoforming technology to produce image elements, advertising pylons, illuminated advertisements, logos, all POS materials, stands and product displays. Transparent materials such as polycarbonate or acrylic are most often used. Others are HIPS, PVC and PET. Production is usually in short series and requires frequent changes in forms and dimensions. Therefore, machines are usually equipped with options to facilitate these activities, such as a mobile, extendable tabletop, an adjustable pressure frame and an adjustable division window. After processing on CNC milling machines, most elements are additionally covered with foils with an appropriate print.
