Each machine can be designed and adapted to the requirements of the customer and his product, i.e.:
- use of pneumatic components as well as electric servo drives,
- the heating medium in thermoformers can be realized by using halogen, ceramic or quartz radiators,
- the design of the device enables retrofitting it with plug assist where the vertical movement is carried out through an electric servo drive,
- in order to accelerate the cooling process, it is possible to install a central cooling system with directional jets.
An additional element of the thermoforming machine in this configuration is a device that works with a thermoforming machine designed to load the material onto the working window and unload the finished product called automatic feeding system (sheet loader and reciver). The drive of the feeder subassemblies is transmitted by means of four servomotors of the feed table, the puscher servo drive, the servo drive of the unloading and loading frame of the feeder and two motors of the automatic centering system.
Unloading of the finished part takes place simultaneously when loading the sheet. The clamping frame after the forming process lifts the finished product with pneumatic bolts above the level and transfers it to the unloading and loading frame of the feeder. The device which cooperates with the feeder is also the centering system to which the positioning of the pallet with thermoforming material belongs. The feeder optionally has installed air swords designed to separate the plastic sheets together (the risk of sticking to the pallet), as well as ionizing nozzles used to neutralize electrostatic charges. Optionally, it is possible to equip the machine with a double-forming system – a system that allows the forming of two details in one cycle on two independent material sheets.
